The Kentpark project in Ankara Etimesgut, with 96,000 square metres of construction area, includes 520 homes, 38 shops, covered parking and social facilities. In the project run on a lump-sum basis under a contract on behalf of cooperative members, transparent payment certification and a monthly joint meeting model were applied.
The project's most notable feature is the reuse of two block formwork sets over three months with the tunnel formwork method, which allowed rough construction speed of 5 days per floor.
Progress
Construction is at 22%; foundations and basement walls are complete and floor concrete of the first two blocks has begun. Handover is planned for summer 2028. Cooperative members can see the site on monthly tours.
Quality and OHS
Weekly progress reports, monthly payment certificate files and accredited laboratory test results were shared with the employer on the project. An OHS specialist worked on site full time, and daily risk assessment and pre-shift safety briefings were applied.
