Sarpkaya Contracting has adopted as its core policy meeting customer expectations in all its activities, protecting the health and safety of its employees and minimising its environmental impact. This policy forms the basis of our integrated management system compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Our quality principles
- In every project a quality plan and an inspection and test plan (ITP) are prepared and shared with the client.
- Accredited laboratory tests are carried out on concrete, steel, asphalt and welding work.
- Nonconformities are recorded, root-cause analysis is done and corrective actions are tracked.
Occupational health and safety
Under Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety and related regulations, a full-time OHS specialist and workplace physician are assigned to every site. Daily risk assessment, a permit-to-work system for work at height and pedestrian-vehicle segregation for machines are standard. Our target is zero lost-time accidents.
Environmental management
Excavation and construction waste is separated and sent to licensed facilities. Water spraying is used for dust and working-hour limits for noise. Sites are returned to nature at the end of the job with landscaping that matches the project.
Continual improvement
A management review is held every quarter; audit findings, customer feedback and accident statistics are evaluated and new targets are set. Our policy is communicated to all employees and subcontractors and is displayed in visible places on sites.
