Post-handover facility maintenance, repair and operational support

Operation and Maintenance (O&M)

Road, facility and building maintenance contracts; planned maintenance programme and 24/7 fault response team.

Annual contract

When a structure is completed, its service life is only beginning. Our operation and maintenance (O&M) team provides planned maintenance, fault response and energy efficiency improvements for facilities we have delivered and those built by others.

Scope

  • Road and bridge maintenance: patching, crack sealing, road marking, snow clearance
  • Building maintenance: periodic checks of roofs, facades, wet areas and fire systems
  • Industrial plant maintenance: floor repair, steel structure painting and corrosion protection
  • Civil maintenance and tank cleaning for treatment plants

Contract models

Options include an annual maintenance contract, a performance-based (service level agreement) contract or an emergency response contract. All maintenance records are kept digitally and shared with the employer.

We repair defects free of charge during the warranty period, and after the warranty we extend the life of the structure with long-term maintenance agreements.

Our proposal process

When you share the scope and location of your project, our engineers hold a free preliminary meeting and send you the survey and approximate cost framework within 2 working days. Construction drawings and the ground study are sufficient for a detailed proposal.

  • Planned maintenance programme
