Completed (2025)A 62,000 m² high-rack warehouse and cross-dock terminal with 18 docks.
The logistics centre, 6 kilometres from Samsun port, consists of a 62,000 m² high-rack warehouse, an 8,000 m² cross-dock terminal and 18 loading docks. The steel roof system spans 36 metres without columns.
The floor was supported on piled foundations because of high groundwater in places. The industrial floor was laid with steel fibre reinforcement and laser-controlled flatness to suit rack loads up to 15 metres high.
Speed
Steel erection took 14 weeks; the employer started using the project 8 months after contract signing. Completed at the end of 2025, the facility now provides storage and distribution services for 14 customers.
Quality and OHS
Weekly progress reports, monthly payment certificate files and accredited laboratory test results were shared with the employer on the project. An OHS specialist worked on site full time, and daily risk assessment and pre-shift safety briefings were applied.
